As the above animation illustrate, there were several issues that had to be addressed whilst working on the design. All transport corridors in the area have been studied, as were areas that are used for different purposes. Various points have been polluted due to various industrial areas, and these have been identified. The area occupied by the existing cemetery is also highlighted. Finally, the area designated for development have been identified and indicated.
